The construction of the planned transmitter for 5G networks, which will connect all current and future environmental monitoring technologies on Amálie, requires careful preparation. Specialists therefore had to personally verify the signal range in the landscape from the height at which the antenna will be placed at the site of the future transmitter. The high-lift platform enabled testing 17 meters above the ground, and Václav Hradilk and other colleagues made sure to have a visual range to the equipment, which are located in the Brejský Potok basin. Providing the selected area of Amálie with a private 5G network will expand the already existing signal coverage, and will also be used in the development and testing of autonomous robotic systems in agricultural production.
